When I came to coaching, I was really struggling with a lot of anxiety and avoidance when it came to anything related to my career and the job hunt that I wanted to start. I felt like I couldn’t move forward and worse, any time it was brought up, I’d feel on the verge of panic - there’d be a heavy weight on my chest like I couldn’t breathe and I’d feel ready to cry. All of these were so out of the realm of normal for me, I didn’t know how to cope with this. Through our sessions, I’ve worked on addressing this anxiety through talking about what really drives it - a fear of rejection by my friends and family, and the shame of not being good enough - and how to go about disarming these thinking traps… Overall, I feel like the panic and anxiety that I felt 6 weeks ago has reduced greatly and I’m more able to talk with my husband and other people I care about regarding the topic without so much self-doubt and judgment.

Wow, what a great experience!! I've been working with Jeremy for almost a year and what I love most is that he genuinely cares about his clients.
